I'm always so self-conscious in quiet places. I'm not noisy when I'm alone. I try to be as quiet as possible. I don't think others notice / care about this sort of thing as much as me.

Every time I'm in a library, unzipping my backpack suddenly sounds like a symphony of explosions and/or other ridiculously obnoxious noises.
